If you’re looking for a community of like-minded ladies, who encourage, support and nurture each other, then this is your kind of group! Here, you can relax in a safe and open-minded environment that supports your wellbeing.
Each session allows you the opportunity to use your inner creativity to express yourself, enjoy friendly conversation and enhance your self care and confidence. During these sessions, you can help yourself to the activities box, where you can find inspiration for journaling (bring your own journal), create your own vision board, make your own faux floral & ribbon wreath, colour in, doodle, read a book, pull a guidance card, and other ideas! All while enjoying herbal tea, fruit and biscuits!
